Sun City Grand is a 45+ community located in Surprise, Arizona. An active adult community in Phoenix’s
Northwest Valley. Designed to meet the evolving needs of all active adults. Sun City Grand offers an array of
amenities that include some of the latest concepts in active adult living such as a continuing education center
and a Day Spa. The Village Center is the recreational focal point of all activity in the community. Sun City
Grand hosts a bountiful lineup of amenities, social activities, and golf courses.

Residents of Sun City Grand enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle. The community’s ASU’s Lifelong Learning Academy provides residents with a fully integrated continuing education center. The Academy also provides the opportunity to listen to accredited speakers and partake in group discussions and hands-on classes.
